It's the Gratitude Episode, with your friends, Mike and Bill!
Mike did his reading and yep, it was about gratitude. The importance of saying thank you, being kind and being better than we used to be.
Then we did a recap of the sober retreat that we went to last weekend. It was fun, engaging and we highly recommend attending a retreat. It was wonderful. We did have a slight "run in" with a dude that was NOT part of our group and it's a fun story.
Bill finished the Matthew Perry audio book and did a recap on that. A few interesting observations and some possible insight into how he may have been "working" his program.
We wrapped up with a couple of things from the daily readings that we do about pride and acting sober. Was there more? Maybe.
